You know how to write, place and land a clear message. Whether it is a resident letter, flyer, newsletter or Insta-post - you make the texts beautiful and understandable.
You effortlessly translate questions and ideas into appealing designs. You know exactly how to convey the message clearly and attractively in your design and you are energized by a pleasant collaboration with colleagues.
No day is the same in this versatile position. Besides designing and writing, you compose for example the municipal news in Middenstandsbelangen and work together with photographers to keep our image bank up-to-date with the most beautiful images of Geldrop-Mierlo.
Your new workplace:

- translates input into clear and attractive content;
- Designs smoothly in Canva and programs from the Adobe Creative Cloud, such as InDesign and Photoshop;
- Writes strong texts and rewrites what could be better;
- ensures that the messages you post fit the target audience for that channel (online and offline);
- assists the communications consultants with campaigns, events and creating communications plans;
- thinks about how we can reach residents and colleagues even better.
You are curious, independent, creative and collegial. And yes: being a bit of a language nerd is allowed too!
This is what you get from us:
- A salary up to a maximum of € 4,464 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week), depending on your education and experience (scale 8, reference date October 1, 2025).
- 17.05% extra of your gross salary through your IKB - spend it how you want.

The Communications team consists of 9 enthusiastic colleagues (5 consultants and 4 associates). Everyone has their own specialty and we help each other whenever possible. There is room for ideas, humor and development.
