Vacancy Generalist

To strengthen our PlusTeam, we are looking for a Generalist

(minimum 28 to maximum 36 hours per week)

The PlusTeam currently consists of about 30 skilled, creative and enthusiastic employees. Each staff member has their own background such as mental health issues, LVB and addiction but always from contextual and systemic work.

Together we support citizens with diverse, multiple and highly complex questions in the municipalities of Geldrop-Mierlo and Waalre. We are not freely accessible to residents but work from a referral from the municipalities and Safe Home.

From warmth, sociability and collegiality, we try to keep the complexity of the work light-hearted. This contributes to a good atmosphere within the team. By working in pairs, we combine expertise, deliver quality and share responsibility.

We are looking for:

  • a professional counselor
  • someone with a relevant college degree and college+ level of thinking
  • someone in possession of an SKJ registration (or BIG) or willing to obtain one
  • someone with at least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Someone willing to work a minimum of 28 hours per week
  • someone who possesses a driver's license and a car
