Your challenge

As a Social Domain Policy Officer, you will focus on the needs of our residents. You will translate national trends and developments into local policy, actively collaborating with area managers, other colleagues, and partners to implement an area-specific approach. Your goals and challenges in this position include:

  • Developing and implementing policies aimed at creating strong networks in our residential areas, with the goal of prevention from the social grassroots level.
  • Coordinating the subsidy process within the Social Domain. You are able to maintain a solid foundation and develop it further where necessary. In addition, you facilitate colleagues in this process and manage the overall picture.
  • Account management for the largest welfare organization in Geldrop-Mierlo, LEVgroep. You will make agreements about and manage the activities of LEVgroep in our municipality.
  • Involving, informing, and/or consulting residents, partners, administrators, and colleagues on the above topics.
  • Contributing to the P&C cycle.

What can you expect from us?

  • A salary of up to €5,554 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week), depending on your education and experience (salary level January 1, 2026).
  • Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05% on top of your salary.
  • Flexible working hours and the option to work from home.

Who are you?
