Your challenge
As a Social Domain Policy Advisor specializing in the Social Support Act (Wmo), you will play a crucial role in developing future-proof Wmo policy and achieving social impact. You will work in a dynamic environment, switching between strategy, implementation, residents, and partners. You will make the connection and make a difference.
- You develop and update the Wmo policy and translate this into concrete and feasible solutions.
- You are an account manager for healthcare providers and negotiate Wmo healthcare procurement.
- You guide the transformation within the social domain and advise internal teams such as Access, Health, Youth, and the Plus Team.
- You contribute to tasks within the Social Domain Task Force and provide substantive and financial input for the Planning & Control cycle.
- You maintain strong networks and ensure clear communication with residents, providers, colleagues, and management.

What can you expect from us?
- A salary of up to €5,554 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week) depending on your education and experience (salary level January 1, 2026)
- Individual choice budget (IKB) of 17.05% on top of your salary
- Variable working hours
- Favorable pension fund and compensation for furnishing your home office.
- You will also have access to a phone and laptop, and electric bicycles are available for work appointments.
- An employment contract for a period of one year
Who are you?
You are a connector with vision, who switches effortlessly between strategy and practice. You work independently, but actively seek collaboration. In addition:
- you have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking;
- Do you have experience in the social domain, preferably with Wmo policy and/or healthcare procurement?
- Are you a strong communicator, politically and administratively sensitive, and analytical?
- you have a natural talent for networking and managing complex tasks;
- you look ahead, think in terms of possibilities, and know how to inspire others.
