Daniel Crooymans – Team Manager, CMD Income & Access

Your challenge

In this combined role, you will support both the Income team and the Health team. You are a go-getter who thrives on variety and meaningful work. With your customer-focused attitude, you will contribute to:

  • Supporting residents with low incomes or financial difficulties.
  • Supporting residents with questions regarding the Social Support Act (Wmo) and social support.
  • Careful, timely, and correct administrative processing of applications and files.
  • Continuously improving administrative processes within the Health Income customer journey.

Your duties will include registering and processing applications, sending confirmation of receipt, processing mail, drawing up reports and decisions, and maintaining and updating files. In short: a varied role in which you will really help residents move forward.

The Income & Access team consists of approximately 25 colleagues and works closely with Team Health Team Youth within the Center for Social Participation (CMD). The atmosphere is informal and collegial, with room for humor, team outings, and shared moments.

What can you expect from us

  • A salary of up to €4,015 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week, scale 7), depending on your education and experience (salary level January 1, 2026).

Who are you?

You have strong administrative skills, work accurately, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. You switch easily between different tasks and teams, always keeping the interests of residents in mind. Whether you are just starting out or already have experience, we will provide you with excellent guidance so that you can quickly find your feet.

In addition, you have:

  • Vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking.
  • Experience in a similar administrative position, preferably within the social domain.
  • Experience with Civision is an advantage.
