Thursday, Oct. 30: municipal polling place session

What does the Municipal Polling Station do?

The Municipal Voting Committee performs the following duties:

  • Checking all minutes taken at the polling station on election day;
  • for any errors in a record: recount of votes cast at a polling station
  • processing all official reports in a specially designed computer program
  • determining the results of the election at the municipal level.

When?

The hearing of the municipal polling station will take place on Thursday, Oct. 30, starting at 9 a.m. How long this session lasts depends in part on the findings.

Where?

The session of the municipal polling station will take place at the City Hall. This session is open to the public. If you would like to attend the session, please sign in at the reception desk on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 9 a.m.

Announcing results

Once the Municipal Election Bureau has determined the results at the municipal level, an official report is drawn up. This record (Na31-1) is posted on the municipality's website at the end of the session, at the same time as all polling station records (N10-1). The results file is also posted on the website.
