3 | College proposal GM to convert cash loan to long-term loan serving collegeIn mid-October 2024, a cash loan of €22 million must be repaid. This will be repaid by taking out a 10-year linear loan of € 30 million. In this way we will avoid exceeding the cash limit for the third consecutive quarter so that notification of this to the province can be omitted. We will use the first six months of 2025 to gain further insight into future investments and receipts so that we can take this into account when refinancing the € 25 million bullet loan that is due to be released in mid-2025. 5 | Advisory note Strategic Assignment PlusTeamThe PlusTeam, a joint arrangement (GR) between the municipality of Waalre and the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo started on January 1, 2015. The PlusTeam's mission is to provide support to households with multiple problems for the municipalities of Geldrop-Mierlo and Waalre on the basis of the Wmo and Youth Act. In 2022 both municipalities adopted a Recalibrated Assignment, from which the current assistance to multi-problem households is shaped. Given the developments surrounding the Youth Reform Agenda and the challenges facing the PlusTeam, both Waalre and Geldrop-Mierlo colleges are being asked to adopt a strategic assignment in which it should become clear how Health for multi-problem households can best be organized at both municipalities. 8 | Advisory note De Weijer report hospitality industryThe operation of the catering section of De Weijer has not been successful in recent years and will no longer be operated commercially from August 2022. From the athletes who use De Weijer sports hall, there is a need for a catering area where, besides having a drink after sports, also connecting activities can be organized. Given this need to restore the functionality of the catering area for the benefit of the athletes, it is desirable to give the catering area a fill-in. This past period has been used to find the right legal basis to realize a permanent infill that fits the zoning, does justice to the accommodation policy and meets the desire of the athletes and associations involved. A study was also conducted. This college decision shares the results of this study and asks to agree with the recommendation resulting from it. The college decides: | |
