2 | Advisory note on mandate register Service Dommelvallei 2025Dienst Dommelvallei performs tasks on behalf of the municipality in the areas of finance, internal control, personnel and organization, computerization and automation, service provision and social affairs. In order to perform these tasks, the Director and employees of the Dommelvallei Service are granted a mandate. The Dienst Dommelvallei mandate register needs to be updated due to various organizational developments. The college decides: |
3 | Adviesnota Extension Beschotting Combination Youth CareCombination Youth Care is one of the largest care providers within our youth aid region. On June 6, 2023, the college agreed to provide advance payments totaling 3.1 million to CJ, of which 1.4 million has already been paid. With this, the municipalities have implemented Step 3 of the Roadmap and CJ has the opportunity to get its financial affairs in order (Step 3). Despite the fact that CJ has not yet had to use the 1.4 million already paid, the organization is still financially vulnerable. For this reason, CJ has asked the municipalities to extend the advance payment of 3.1 million by one year to Dec. 31, 2026, because the recovery of the financial situation takes more time. The municipalities within the East sub-region want to join forces by drawing up a joint public transport plan that does justice to the challenge of scale in this part of the Brainport region. The municipal council of Geldrop-Mierlo decided on November 6, 2017 to start the pilot Heppie (t)Huis, and on September 25, 2023 decided to extend the pilot Heppie (t)Huis with 5 years. 11 | Advisory note Development direction Gulbergen estateFor Landgoed Gulbergen, after an extensive preliminary process, the MRE has prepared a spatial vision, namely the Development Vision Landgoed Gulbergen. This latest MRE Development Vision is the reason that the two territory municipalities also assess the proposed developments based on the municipal visions of Nuenen and Geldrop-Mierlo. This traffic decree was published in the Municipal Gazette (No. 48322) on October 17, 2024. Objections to this traffic decision were filed on October 29, November 25 and November 26, 2024. The land still belongs to our property, and Enexis wishes to obtain ownership of this land through a transfer of ownership. Two draft purchase agreements have been drawn up for this purpose.
