Advisory note on new contract Ergon cleaning municipal buildings

On November 4, 2012, the council chose to establish exclusive rights to the cleaning of municipal buildings, under which a single private (1-1) contract can be awarded to a SW company. In this case Ergon - business unit Group Detachments - Cleaning Management Department in Eindhoven. In June 2013, Ergon started day cleaning of municipal buildings. On May 31, 2025, the contract expires. A new contract will have to be concluded with Ergon on the cleaning activities in the town hall, the municipal yard, old town hall Mierlo and the break room in sports hall de Kievit

The College decides to enter into a new contract with Ergon - business unit Group Detachments - Cleaning Management Department in Eindhoven for a period from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2028 with an option to extend twice for one year.

Advisory note on annual report on undermining Dommelstroom

As municipalities in base team Dommelstroom (Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende, Geldrop-Mierlo, Nuenen, Son en Breugel and Valkenswaard) we work together to tackle undermining crime under the leadership of the base team program leader for undermining. The progress of the approach is accounted for by means of an annual report that provides insight into the activities undertaken in base team Dommelstroom. In the Local Steering Table on Undermining it has been agreed that the annual report will be submitted to the colleges and councils of the participating municipalities for information.

The college decides:
1. To take note of the annual report on undermining Dommelstroom 2024.
2. To agree to send the council information letter and the annual report on undermining 2024 to the city council.
3. To agree to the attached press release that will be used to communicate the annual report.

College opinion article 36 CDA

Article 36 questions were asked by the CDA about the realization of the Mierloseweg bus lane.

The college decides:
1. To approve the answers to the article 36 questions of the CDA about the construction of the Mierloseweg bus lane.
2. To forward the answers to the questions to the city council.

Request to start BSO KC De Kersentuin, Wersakker 55

School board De Eenbes requests, retroactively, approval to lease the playroom and adjoining spaces of Child Center De Kersentuin to Korein on a joint-use basis for the purpose of child care (BSO).

The college decides to agree to grant approval to school board De Eenbes to lease the playroom with adjacent spaces of child center De Kersentuin to Korein on a joint use basis for the purpose of child care (BSO).

Advisory Note Annual Accounts 2024

Herewith we offer you the auditor's version of the Annual Report 2024 Geldrop-Mierlo. This shows a preliminary result of € 3,432,925. Of this, € 3,515,551, - relates to the general service (the regular operation) and -/- € 82,626, - on the land operations. On the basis of these annual documents, the auditor started the audit work on April 7.

The college decides:
1. To take note of the audit version of the Annual Report 2024.
2. To take note of the preliminary result of €3,432,925. Of this, € 3,515,551 relates to the general service (the regular operation) and -/- € 82,626 to the land operations.
3. To take note of the preliminary result appropriation, as described on page 5 of the booklet.
4. To agree to the release of the 2024 annual accounts for audit purposes.
5. To agree to send the auditor's version of the Annual Chapters 2024 to the council for information.
