Advisory note generation pact

Due to the leave harmonization as of Jan. 1, 2023, excess leave days including those due to age leave will expire. As a result, the age leave days that are part of the Geldrop senior citizen policy have also lapsed. This means that the seniors' policy has ended by operation of law as of January 1, 2023. There is no longer a basis for this in the CAO and it is not permitted to deviate positively from the CAO.

In the context of sustainable employability/vitality, it is proposed to introduce the Generation Pact Scheme: a provision that fits in with the current insights surrounding responsible continued employment. The works council approved this regulation on October 30.

The college decides to agree to the Generation Pact effective December 1, 2023.

Advice note FG surveillance report on Police Data Act municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo 2022

The FG monitors compliance with the Police Data Act. The FG is legally obliged to prepare an annual report of her findings. With this FG -supervision report, the FGs of the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo fulfill this obligation and make recommendations to improve the quality of data protection in the organization.

The college decides to take note of the FG supervision report Police Data Act 2022 and to adopt the recommendations from the report.

Advisory note extending temporary rental spaces Beneden Beekloop 92 at Geldrop.

Since March 2023 and May 2023, respectively, childcare center Potje Knor (hereinafter "Potje Knor") and the neighborhood association Hulst-Skandia (hereinafter "the Neighborhood Association") have been making temporary use of the spaces in the building at Beneden Beekloop 92 in Geldrop until the completion of the temporary housing. The temporary use is laid down in a fixed-term rental agreement which expires on December 31, 2023.

The college decides to agree to a new temporary lease agreement for both the neighborhood association and Potje Knor for the location Beneden Beekloop 92 in Geldrop with effective date January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024.

Advisory note work program ODZOB 2024

After the Omgevingsdienst (ODZOB) became operational in 2013, we have to make concrete work agreements with them every year in the form of an annual work program. The work program prepared for 2024 is now before you.

The College decides to approve the attached 2024 work program.

Advisory note accessible bus stop Eindhovenseweg-Papenvoort

The target agreement states that all bus stops should be accessible. The Eindhovenseweg bus stop, near the junction with Papenvoort, still needs to be adapted in this regard. A proposal has been developed for this purpose. In order to make the southern bus stop accessible in accordance with the provincial guidelines, a cutting permit and a traffic decree are required. In this proposal, we recommend starting up communication to local residents so that realization can take place in the spring of 2024. The intention is that the adaptation of the bus stops will be included in the planned road maintenance Eindhovenseweg.

The College decides:
1. To approve the preliminary design, dated 9-02-2023.
2. To release the preliminary design for public participation.

Advisory note update year 2024 Performance agreements

In the performance agreements, agreements are made in many areas between the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo, the housing corporations active in our municipality and the tenant organizations. In January 2023, the 'multi-year performance agreements municipality of Geldrop- Mierlo 2023-2024 ' were signed by the parties involved. Parties have agreed to meet in 2023 to discuss the actuality of that moment and the meaning for the mutual agreements. The agreements in the annual report 2024 have been updated in accordance with this agreement.

The College decides:
1. To agree to the updated 2024 annual budget ( Appendix 1) and to proceed to signature in December 2023;
2. To grant Alderman van Gestel power of attorney (attachment 2) to sign the updated 2024 annual budget in December 2023;
3. To agree to the council information letter (attachment 3) and send it after the signature of the updated annual budget.

Advisory note calamity plan archives

The purpose of this contingency plan is to prevent and limit damage during an emergency situation where archives are damaged or in danger of being lost. Approval of this plan is requested, thereby implementing one of the KPIs from the Archive and Information Management Improvement Plan 2023-2024.

The college decides to adopt the archives contingency plan.

College proposal Explanatory memorandum

On Tuesday, November 21, at the meeting of the Committee on Society, the council's opinion on awarding license Local Broadcasting was discussed. The questions that arose from this meeting are detailed in this memo. 

The college decides to agree to the memorandum of explanation of the council recommendation to grant license local broadcasting as discussed in the Society Committee dated November 21, 2023.

Akert rental agreement proposal

The unaccompanied minors taken in at the Akert are subject to compulsory education. Jan van Brabant college provides the NT2 education. However, this school year there is no room at their location in Helmond. Beheerstichting Protestante Gemeente Geldrop is willing to make two rooms available in the Kruispunt until the summer vacations for educational purposes for these youngsters. We will enter into a rental agreement with them.

The college decides to approve the attached lease agreement with Beheerstichting Protestante Gemeente Geldrop for the rental of two spaces for educational purposes.

Adviesnota Herinrichting Vogelpoelstraat Bolsiusstraat en Reigerstraat version 2 nav poho

In May 2023, the municipality began preparing the redesigns of Vogelpoel Street, Bolsius Street and Reiger Street. This project involved prior discussions with residents to gather wishes and ideas. The goal was to create new designs for the three streets. The municipality wants to present these preliminary designs to the residents during a walk-in evening.

The College decides:
1. To approve the preliminary design of Vogelpoelstraat, Bolsiusstraat and Reigerstraat and to release the preliminary design for public participation.
2. To agree to increase the current projects Vogelpoelstraat 70109 by 135,000, - and Bolsiusstraat 70237 by 215,000, - in the first Turap 2024.

Housing construction monitor October 2023 version final

Annually, the college reports to the council on the state of housing production. This report includes figures on housing capacity, housing units completed and planning capacity. The board also explains the status of housing affordability. In doing so, the college makes a connection to the agreements in the regional Woondeal.

The college decides to approve the council information letter on the fall housing monitor report.
