3 | Advisory note Draft GR regulation 10 vd JeugdSince 2018, we have worked together within the region on the procurement of youth care under the heading "A 10 for Youth." Due to the national Youth Reform Agenda and the upcoming legislative amendment to the Improving Availability of Youth Care Act, it is necessary to convert the existing cooperation agreement into a joint arrangement (GR). This GR focuses specifically on the regional procurement of specialized youth care and ensures a strong regional base to support the most vulnerable children, in accordance with the new legislation. The College is asked to submit the draft GR to the City Council for the submission of views in order to meet the legal obligation in a legally correct and streamlined manner. The college decides: | |
4 | Annual Sustainability Report 2024Through this Sustainability 2024 Annual Report, we are charting the progress of the Sustainability Program adopted by the City Council in February 2023. This progress report is intended to keep the City Council informed of the status of the projects in the program and to show council members what else we are working on outside of the program. 5 | Advisory note Subsidy LEV Group Reception Ukraine 2025LEVgroup supports refugees from Ukraine, most of whom are hosted in municipality shelters. A small group stays in host families. The war is not expected to end any time soon. The refugees will remain in the Netherlands for the time being. In order to continue providing the necessary support, LEV is applying for another subsidy for 2025. The college decides: | |
6 | Advisory note Grant application for integration LEV group 2025LEV Group receives an annual subsidy for its work in the field of integration. This advisory note explains a proposed grant award. Since the change of the mandate regulation in 2021, the college has to approve grants to eight professional organizations, including LEVgroep. LEVgroep provides social guidance and social participation in the Self-Reliance Route in the manner prescribed in the Integration Act 2021. The college decides to agree to provide an annual grant of €302,565 to LEVgroep for integration in 2025. | |
7 | Advisory note no. 3 Continuation Geldropseweg 70 for displaced people UkraineConsideration of an advisory note on this subject on Oct. 22, 2024 revealed a need for more financial understanding. The advisory note to provide this was held on December 10, 2024. With this advisory note, the proposal is again presented for decision. Comments made in the college have been incorporated. The college decides to take note of the operation of the Geldropseweg 70 property in Mierlo in the context of its use as a temporary emergency shelter location for displaced persons from Ukraine. | |
8 | Advisory note Multi-year budget Safe Home 2025-2026For the years 2025-2026 a new multi-year budget has been prepared by Stichting Veilig Thuis Zuidoost-Brabant. This budget, falling within the previously established contract extension, is presented in this proposal to the college for approval. The college decides: 3. Agree to annually index the contribution of individual municipalities region Zuidoost-Brabant to Safe Home for the years 2025 and 2026 in the same way as the budget of Safe Home is indexed. For 2025 the index will be 5.71%. | |
9 | Advice note court ruling on canopy Loeswijk 28 MierloFollowing an agreement in principle, an environmental permit was granted for a canopy on the Loeswijk 28 plot. In the decision on the objection, a stipulation was added to the decision. The decision on the objection was appealed. The court upheld the permit, but adjusted the wording of the regulation. Because a regulation had to be added at the objection stage, the municipality was ordered to pay the costs of the proceedings. The college decides: | |
