Advisory note on annual accounts Bizob 2024

With this advisory note, Bizob's annual financial statements for fiscal year 2024 are presented to the College of Mayor and Aldermen for notification. Bizob is a foundation that guides procurement processes in the region. As a participating organization, we have had a contract with Bizob for several years for this purpose. Bizob works on a pay-as-you-go basis, in which the costs of the organization are apportioned to the participating organizations. This is not done in equal parts, but is linked to the level of services they receive from Bizob. The financial result for the fiscal year 2024, minus the withdrawal from equity for the purpose of resilience leads to a positive result. The surplus will be returned to the participating organizations. An amount of € 48,639.06 including VAT will be paid to Geldrop-Mierlo. This amount will benefit the budget 'purchasing and procurement' for 2025.

The college decides:
1. To take note of the letter regarding the annual accounts of Bizob for the year 2024, as well as the annual accounts themselves;
2. To take note of the letter regarding the distribution of Bizob's result for the year 2024.

Decided April 29, 2025: Advisory Note Holly 124

In consultation with the developer Ruimte voor Ruimte, we are exploring the redevelopment of Hulst 124. The goal is to transform the current agricultural plot into both housing and appropriate nature development. 1.3 hectares of agricultural land will be sold to municipality Geldrop-Mierlo, for nature development. For the redevelopment, two scenarios have been outlined how the layout of Hulst 124 can be further developed: Scenario 1 involves ribbon development, adding housing along the existing road. Scenario 2 opts for a farmyard development, where homes are added to a newly developed farmyard.
We ask the college to choose between the two scenarios.

The college decides:
1. To agree to residential development accompanied by proper landscaping at this location Hulst 124.
2. To agree to scenario 1: ribbon development type for Hulst 124.
