4 | Advisory memorandum from the Wmo Advisory Council on additional Bravoflex stops in Geldrop-Mierlo This proposal concerns the recommendation of the Wmo Advisory Council to add additional Bravoflex stops. This year, approximately fifty Bravoflex stops will be added in Southeast Brabant, including in the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo. As further expansion is possible, municipalities in Southeast Brabant are being consulted to explore where additional stops could be added in the future. The council decides: | |

6 | Advisory note on designation of contact person for Open Government Act It is important that everyone can check whether an administrative body has the information they are looking for. To this end, Article 4:7 of the Woo stipulates that every administrative body (in this case, the municipal executive) must appoint one or more persons to answer questions from citizens on this subject. This ensures that everyone can be helped quickly because they know who to contact. The intention is therefore that the Woo contact officer can answer questions in an accessible manner, for example by telephone or email. 8 | Advisory memorandum on the sale of a strip of land near Luchenseheide 17 in Mierlo The plot at Luchenseheide 17 borders the future housing development in the Fazantlaan-West planning area. The plot contains nine potentially valuable trees, three of which are located on the boundary with the planning area. On September 16, 2024, you agreed to the proposal to include the nine trees on the list of valuable trees. 9 | Advisory memorandum on amendment to lease agreement for Linze 13 in Geldrop The municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo and sole proprietorship Café-biljart Schônmoeder have entered into a lease agreement for the premises at Linze 13 in Geldrop. The lease agreement has been entered into for a period of 5 years and runs from July 14, 2022, to July 13, 2027. The parties wish to amend the lease agreement prematurely, with effect from July 1, 2025. | |
