2 | Advisory note replacing Bronzewei field hockey field According to the activity plan of the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo, field hockey field 3 on sports park Bronzenwei would need replacement in 2024. After an assumption of the users and a check by performing quality measurements on field hockey field 2, 3 and 4 on sport park Bronzenwei, it turns out that not field 3, but field 4 needs replacement this year. Funds to replace field 3 are included in the 2024 budget. In this proposal, the college is advised to make the financial resources available for replacing the top layer of field hockey field 4 and 2 (implementation 2024 -2025) and replacing the entire construction of field hockey field 3 (implementation 2026).

3 | Advisory note B&W council proposal Regulation naming and numbering municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo 2024 In 2009, the "Street Naming and House Numbering Ordinance" was repealed. A delegation decree would be sufficient for a change of street name or house number. In itself, a street name and/or house number can be changed via such a delegation decree, but case law shows that in that case there is no obligation to tolerate that change. Further, that in that case there is no question of a decision open to objection and appeal. To provide for this, it is necessary to again adopt a municipal naming and numbering ordinance. 5 | Advisory note Regional contribution to reception of status holders Buitenjan At group accommodation De Buitenjan in Veldhoven, since February 1, 2022, about 150 status holders are temporarily accommodated until they are assigned independent housing in their linked municipality in Brabant-Zuidoost. With the Spread Act, municipalities are working toward a structural approach to asylum reception. The Regioplan Brabant-Zuidoost defines how the municipalities in this region will implement this. Part of the Brabant-Southeast Regional Plan is the regional reception of 150 status holders, who are linked to the 21 municipalities in the region. On September 11, 2023, the Veldhoven Municipal Executive agreed to extend the reception for at least three years. This advisory note asks the college, in line with other regional municipalities, to commit to this reception and to share in the costs. The college decides:

9 | Advisory note memo cie AZ policy framework refugee reception So far, requests to contribute to the reception of refugees have always been responded to on an ad hoc basis. Since the demand remains current for a longer period of time, the approach is to organize the reception of refugees in a more structural manner. This also largely fulfills the commitment you made to the council on February 19, 2024 in response to the motion on a human scale in the reception of (young) refugees, asylum seekers and status holders. The college decides to agree to put the memo "policy framework for reception of refugees" on the agenda for the General Affairs Committee on September 2, 2024, including the note prepared "Reception of refugees".
