8 | B&W Privacy Advisory Note B&W presented the policy development Privacy at the council meeting on September 16, 2024. As a result of the presentation, the college was instructed to elaborate on the policy elaboration, evaluate the state of affairs and report back before the summer recess 2025. Regarding the policy elaborations, we inform you that the policy elaborations Privacy organization and Audio and visual material have been elaborated. These were adopted and published by B&W on December 10, 2024. See Privacy statement | Geldrop Mierlo In addition, the policy framework Data-driven working is currently being worked on, which will be discussed by the information manager in the council meeting on October 20, 2025. Regarding the evaluation of the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo, we have started working with all team managers with the measuring instrument - called assurance product - of the Information Security Service (IBD). With this we indicate to what extent the municipality is in control with regard to privacy. The results vary by team, with the lowest team score being 64% and the highest 77%. In comparison with other municipalities, the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo scores well, but the basis is not yet sufficiently in order. The IBD uses a minimum score of 80% for being in control. That is why an overall improvement plan has been drawn up and result agreements have been established with the team managers.
