Answering art. 36 questions SAMEN on traffic safety on main routes Geldrop

Article 36 questions have been asked by the SAMEN Group about traffic safety on the main Geldrop routes and in particular the Eindhovenseweg.

The college decides:
1. To agree with the answer to the art.36 questions of the SAMEN group about traffic safety on main routes Geldrop/Eindhovenseweg.
2. To forward the answers to the questions to the city council.

College proposal RIB quarterly report WBI 2nd quarter 2025

Each quarter we inform the council of the progress of the Housing Impulse grant through a council information letter. The attached quarterly report covers the 2nd quarter 2025.

The college decides:
1. To take note of the attached council information letter and quarterly report.
2. To forward the council information letter with quarterly report to the council.

Answering article 36 questions DGG events Geldrop Centrum

The DGG group has asked article 36 questions about the events in the center of Geldrop in relation to the housing impulse plans. The answers to these questions are attached to this proposal.

The College decides to approve the attached response to DGG's Article 36 questions.

Advisory note Results, conclusions and recommendations needs assessment of inhabitants of Geldrop-Mierlo caravan park

A needs assessment on the caravan sites has been carried out. The results of this and the subsequent recommendation will be presented to the college and the Space Committee.

The college decides:
1. To agree with the conclusions and recommendations of the needs assessment. 2. To approve the agenda request for the Space Committee dated September 29.
3. To adjust the pitch allocation policy in the short term.

Advisory note objections Construction road Skandia neighborhood

Four objections and two notices of default regarding the granting of an environmental permit to construct a temporary construction road in the Skandia neighborhood.

The college decides:
1. To declare objections #1 and #2 admissible.
2. Declare objections #1 and #2 unfounded.
3. Declare objections #3 and #4 inadmissible.
4. Dismiss the appeals to the Penalty Payment Act.
5. Inform objectors that this decision is subject to appeal to the court.

Advisory note adopting 'Parking Designation Decision' with the POET list attached

In 2023, the "Parking Ordinance Geldrop-Mierlo 2023" was adopted. To implement this ordinance, a so-called POET list must be established. This is, according to the parking ordinance, annexed to the 'Designation Decision Parking'.

The college decides:
1. To adopt the "Parking Designation Order 2025," with the POET list attached.
2. To grant mandate for the management of the POET list, to:
a. the manager of the Realization Team, with the possibility of submandate;
b. the manager of the Spatial Development Team, with the possibility of submandate.

B&W Privacy Advisory Note

B&W presented the policy development Privacy at the council meeting on September 16, 2024. As a result of the presentation, the college was instructed to elaborate on the policy elaboration, evaluate the state of affairs and report back before the summer recess 2025. Regarding the policy elaborations, we inform you that the policy elaborations Privacy organization and Audio and visual material have been elaborated. These were adopted and published by B&W on December 10, 2024. See Privacy statement | Geldrop Mierlo In addition, the policy framework Data-driven working is currently being worked on, which will be discussed by the information manager in the council meeting on October 20, 2025. Regarding the evaluation of the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo, we have started working with all team managers with the measuring instrument - called assurance product - of the Information Security Service (IBD). With this we indicate to what extent the municipality is in control with regard to privacy. The results vary by team, with the lowest team score being 64% and the highest 77%. In comparison with other municipalities, the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo scores well, but the basis is not yet sufficiently in order. The IBD uses a minimum score of 80% for being in control. That is why an overall improvement plan has been drawn up and result agreements have been established with the team managers. For further details and explanations, please see the appendices to this advisory note. Attachment 1 is the Council Information Letter Privacy maturity level assurance product. Attachment 2 details the Privacy Improvement Plan GM 2025.

The college decides:
1. To take note of the result of the evaluation 'assurance product 2024 - 2025'.
2. To agree to send the attached council information letter to the City Council.
