Advisory note on site selection In the committee meeting November 13, 2021 the announcement was made that the municipality in consultation with school board De Eenbes is looking for a new location for the Van der Puttschool in Geldrop. It has been indicated that spatial research is being conducted to see if the plot located on the Linze (between elementary school het Vijfblad and the sports hall de Kievit) offers possibilities to realize a new building for the Van der Puttschool there. The spatial research has been completed and indicates that the plot on the Linze could be suitable as a new location for the Van der Puttschool. The College decides: € 700.000; € 175.000; capital costs of €27,000 to be included as a task-setting instruction to cover these from the land operations. |

Starting memorandum on policy choices for accommodations GM V5 The attached Start-up Memorandum Policy Choices Accommodations Geldrop-Mierlo describes the points of attention and the process to arrive at integral policy choices for accommodating social functions in our municipality. With the policy choices we want to guarantee a qualitative, affordable and future-proof supply of facilities. With this we want to achieve that activities in the areas of lifelong development, Health & support, inclusive living, vital living, strong networks, culture and services are housed in an efficient manner. We do this in conjunction with the strategy for the next four years. This is aimed at ensuring that we remain an attractive municipality to live, work and stay in for all current and future residents and groups in society. College Decision:

Advisory note decision on objection with case number 1414670 An objection to enforcement action was received by email. The objector was made aware of the formal deficiencies of the objection regarding the decision and signature. A deadline was set to address the deficiencies. Although the objector responded within the deadline, he did not correct the deficiencies. The Appeals Committee recommends that the notice of objection be declared inadmissible because it is not (manifestly) directed against a decision within the meaning of the General Administrative Law Act (Awb) and because it was not submitted in the correct way. In view of this, the committee does not get around to giving substantive advice. The college decides to declare the objection inadmissible and not address the substance of the objections. |

Advisory note Extension pilot Heppie (t)Huis 15 Aug 2023 In the June 27 Heppie (t)Huis committee meeting, an image-forming discussion was held on the council memo "Scenarios for extending the Heppie (t)Huis pilot" dated May 30, 2023 containing the various scenarios that could apply to extend the Heppie (t)Huis pilot. In anticipation of this, the same committee meeting discussed the evaluation of the current pilot, which was also included in this council memo. After this image-forming committee meeting, the judgment-forming committee meeting of September 5, 2023 is scheduled, as a prelude to the decision-making moment in the city council on September 25, 2023. This is because the legal sealing of the pilot extension Heppie (t)Huis is a matter for the City Council of Geldrop-Mierlo. This advice note deals with the preparation of the decision to be taken by the council, taking into account the consensus that manifested itself in the image-forming committee meeting on the extension of the pilot Heppie (t)Huis in Geldrop-Mierlo. To what extent the co-financing construction of the pilot extension for our municipality should look like could not be concluded from the committee meeting; no (shared) solution direction could be discerned in this committee meeting (as yet). With this it is again up to the college to give direction to the council by proposing (a) solution direction(s) with which the pilot can be extended. The College decides: |
