Meanwhile, the urban development plans for this have been completed (and established). Therefore, we hereby submit the new street names for your approval. The college decides to approve the street names Pimpelmees and Staartmees for the new streets in Pheasant Avenue-West and Pheasant Avenue-East at Luchen, in accordance with situation drawings. | |
3 | Advisory note on termination of leasehold Shooting Sports Association GeldropOn June 15, 1995, the municipality of Geldrop issued a parcel of land at Bosrand 166 in Geldrop on a long lease to Schietsportvereniging Geldrop. This association was subsequently dissolved on December 30, 2006. However, the right of emphyteusis has never been formally terminated and cancelled at the Land Registry, which should still be done. The college decides to approve the attached draft deed of renunciation of right of leasehold. | |

5 | Advisory note on cost recovery and financial contributions (modified version)On Tuesday, September 16, during a presentation, insight was given into current developments in the field of land policy and cost recovery, with particular attention being paid to the new annex to the Land Policy and Cost Recovery Program that is being prepared. A number of questions were asked at the end of the presentation, for which the Board indicated that it wished to receive the considerations in an integral advisory note. This advice note addresses the questions raised and the accompanying advice. College Decision: 1. Agree to the memorandum Attachments Program Land Policy and Cost Recovery:
2. Agree to partially include the investments for which a W.o.k.t grant is likely to be applied; 3. Agree to the current course of action whereby the shortfall in financial coverage for Suburban Facilities should be made up; 4. To agree to a reduction in the investment amount for the recovery of a financial contribution for Nature and Sustainability, as further agreements on making homes more sustainable are made in a regional context. | |

7 | College proposal September Circular 2025The September Circular was published on September 17, 2025 and the financial implications are detailed below. Every year the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations usually publishes 3 circulars about the municipal fund. The May Circular provides the translation of the Spring Memorandum of the rijksoverheid, the September Circular of the Million Memorandum and the December Circular is based on the Autumn Memorandum and completes the benefit year as much as possible. The college decides to approve the attached council proposal on the September Circular 2025. | |
8 | Advisory note PDO Aardborstweg 19 Objection to the granting of an environmental permit for the installation of a canopy at the address Aardborstweg 19 (the Strabrechtse Hoeve) in Mierlo. 9 | Advisory note Status of refugee reception framework and legal tasks Oct 2025With this advice note we ask the college to agree to send a council information letter on the status of the Framework for Refugee Care. The letter informs the city council about the current developments and approach regarding the task of housing status holders, the task from the Spread Law, the status of other target groups (such as Ukrainian displaced persons) and the steps the college is taking towards an implementation structure. The college decides to approve the attached council information letter on the status of the Refugee Reception Framework and send it to the city council. | |
