Advisory note on appeal of rejection of stand permit

A notice of objection has been filed against the rejection of a stand permit on the molenplein in Mierlo for the sale of oliebollen in December. This objection also opposes the granting of a stand permit to another applicant at the same location for the sale of the same product. The Objections Committee has recommended that the objections be declared admissible and that the contested decisions be upheld.

The College decides:
1. To declare the objection unfounded.
2. To uphold the contested decision not to grant the requested stand permit.
3. Sustain the contested decision, to grant a stand permit to another applicant.

Advisory note miscellaneous complaints Fleskens Street

It concerns the handling of a complaint with various complaint components. The complaint relates to the manner or omission of enforcement action as
action as a result of reports and requests put forward by the complainant. The complaint was submitted to the independent
Complaints Committee. The committee has issued an opinion following which the college must make a decision on the complaint. This is done in this advisory memorandum.

The College decides:
1. In accordance with the recommendation of the Grievance Committee:
a. to set aside the complaint with regard to the part of the complaint concerning the taking of photographs from security cameras;
b. dismiss the complaint with regard to the part of the complaint concerning the paving of the back path, the burning of wood and the telephone contact about this;
c. uphold the part of the complaint concerning the storage of the complainant's telephone number;

Advisory note Policy Rules Participation Scheme.

The Meedoenregeling replaces the minimum welfare activities.

The College decides:
1. To agree to the policy rules Meedoenregeling Geldrop-Mierlo 2024 and to adopt them with simultaneous repeal of the
Policy rules regulation Welzijnsactiviteiten Geldrop-Mierlo 2018. Publish these policy rules in the prescribed manner;
2. Agree with the projected costs a € 76,000 and increase the budget 'poverty alleviation broad' (FCL 6630018) with this in 2024. These additional funds are included in the multi-year budget 2024-2027 adopted by the City Council;
3. To agree to the attached council information letter;
4. To forward it to the council through the Municipal Clerk’s Office .

Advisory note Answering article 36 questions Pupil transport

The PvdA Geldrop-Mierlo group has asked article 36 questions about pupil transport. In the attachment the questions have been answered.

The college decides to approve the answers to the questions (see attachment) and to distribute them through the Municipal Clerk’s Office .

Advisory note on costs of construction and residential preparation of Rielseheideweg plot

In December 2022, you decided to cooperate with the facilitation of a temporary additional pitch at the Rielseheideweg for the placement of a care home. On August 29, 2023, a land use agreement was subsequently submitted to you and approval was requested for the required investment amount. At that time an amount of 25,000.00 euros was reserved. Recently, the
cost estimate has been updated and it appears that we have additional costs of approximately 10,000 euros. Therefore, we are now submitting another advisory note to you in this matter.

The college decides to approve:
1. Provide a one-time credit for the construction and preparation of a temporary additional pitch at the Rielseheideweg in the amount of
amounting to a total of 35,000 euros.
2. To make the investment amount available in advance and subsequently submit it to the council for approval via the 1st interim report 2024.

Advisory note Quarterly report TF SD Q3 2023

Every quarter the council is informed about the progress of the social domain task force. Attached is the progress report through Q3 2023.

The College decides:
1. To approve the contents of the attached quarterly report on the Social Domain Task Force Q3 2023.
2. To forward this to the council by means of a RIB. If the council sees fit, it may decide to put it on the agenda for substantive discussion.

231109 User loan agreement greenbelt Akert_for decision.

COA needs additional reception places to better manage the current asylum crisis. In the regional plan, municipality Geldrop-Mierlo has been allocated 146 places for asylum seekers (related to population numbers). Over the past period the municipality has been in discussion with Anna Zorggroep and COA about the housing of students and the process reception location Akert in the former residential care complex the Akert (hereafter the Akert). A reception location where unaccompanied minor aliens await their asylum procedure and receive proper guidance. The agreements between COA and the municipality are laid down in a management agreement, supplementary working agreements and a safety plan. With Anna Zorggroep we enter into a loan agreement for the green strip.

The College decides:
1. To agree to the COA-Municipality Administrative Agreement and to the appendices which form an integral part of that agreement:
- supplementary working agreements COA-municipality;
- security plan;
2. To agree to the loan agreement Anna Care Group municipality.

Advisory note on decision on objection Legolas

Against the decision of the college in which an environmental permit was granted for the remodeling, expansion, as well as the preservation of the house Legolas 31 in Geldrop. A notice of objection has been submitted. The committee has advised that the objection
admissible and to maintain the contested environmental permit with further substantiation.

The College decides:
1. To declare the objection admissible;
2. To leave the contested decision unchanged;
