Advisory note frameworks flexible pay and modified salary schedule

In the context of modernizing personnel policy, principles were established in 2022 regarding the topics of developing, improving and rewarding. These principles highlighted the need for a clearer distinction between these topics. This led to the adaptation and replacement of existing regulations and the creation of new instruments.

In May 2023, the new In Conversation instrument was adopted, which focuses on development, and the improvement framework was adopted, which focuses on improvement. In 2023, the topic of remuneration was discussed with various formations (MT, large MT, works council, co-creation team In conversation). This resulted in new frameworks for flexible remuneration and an adjusted salary scheme, which are now on the table.

The College decides:
1. To agree with the instrument "frameworks flexible reward".
2. To agree with the adapted salary scheme.

Advisory note on undesirable behavior policy

In order to achieve a working environment of integrity, safety and productivity, it is essential to have and pay attention to sound policies, a culture of accountability, a safe reporting procedure and good leadership. Integrity is an integral part of professional conduct. Recent developments and media coverage (including #Me Too) have made it clear once again that everyone's efforts are needed to prevent non-integrity.

Integrity is the responsibility of all of us: the board, management, all executives and all employees. The confidants of the Dommelvallei organizations initiated this umbrella policy. They were supported by an external advisor in this area, Bureau van Oss & Partners (the agency that also trains the confidential counsellors).

The college decides to adopt the Undesirable Conduct Policy to give employees, management and the board tools to address non-integrity.

Cooperation agreement Our Signpost

Within the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo, several organizations have been working together in Onze Wegwijzer since October 2023. These organizations are the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo, LEVgroep, Anna Zorggroep, Voedselbank, Vincentiusvereniging, Vitalis, and Wooninc. Onze Wegwijzer is a physical drop-in point for all residents of the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo where they can go with any Health or support questions. Our Wegwijzer is located in the Weeffabriek and is open on Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon. The aim of this initiative is to make access to Health and support for all residents as easily as possible available in one place. Added value for the staff of the organizations involved is that by working together within this initiative, they get to know each other and each other's offerings for residents (even) better.

In October 2023, on the basis of shared intentions and mutual trust, cooperation within Our Signpost began. Now, three-quarters of a year after its opening, the organizations involved wish to officially ratify their cooperation through a cooperation agreement (see Appendix 1).

The college decides:
1. to agree to enter into the cooperation agreement Our Signpost.
2. To authorize Alderman Sanders to sign the cooperation agreement.
