Advisory note on objection logging permit chestnut trees Dorpsstraat

Objections to the granting of an environmental permit to grub up two chestnut trees in connection with chestnut blight on Dorpstraat near house number 117 in Mierlo.

The College decides:
1. To declare the objection inadmissible.
2. To inform objectors that this decision can be appealed to the court.

Advisory note MJBP RIEC OB 2025-2028

Earlier, the administrative line was taken to split the tasforce RIEC into a RIEC Oost Brabant and a RIEC Zeeland West Brabant. A multi-year policy plan 2025-2028 (MJBP) has been drawn up for the new RIEC East Brabant. On October 18, 2024, the program council on undermining agreed to this MJBP. In addition, on 28-10 the multi-year policy plan was submitted to the administrative direction group. The administrative direction group also agreed to this plan. It was then presented to the mayors of East Brabant during the regional consultation on security (ROV). During these consultations it was agreed that the municipalities submit the MJBP to their colleges for information. This proposal fulfills this requirement.

The college decides to take note of the multi-year policy plan RIEC East Brabant 2025-2028 including establishment of RIEC office and budget.

Advisory note on budget 2025 PlatOO

School Board PlatOO, according to its bylaws, submitted the 2025 budget to the municipality for consultation.

The college decides to approve the 2025 budget of PlatOO and inform the council through the attached council information letter.

Board proposal answering article 36 question DGG

An article 36 question was asked by DGG about the construction of a footpath next to the bike path from Hofdael to the Little Dommel.

The college decides:
1. To approve the response to DGG's art. 36 question about the construction of a footpath next to the bike path at Hofdael.
2. To forward the answer to the question to the City Council.

Youth Events 2025 Advisory Note

In the objectives agreement of 2022-2026, there is a desire for new events specifically for young people in the age group of 16-26 years from 2026. To encourage this, a budget has been made available for 2 years from the tourist tax. (2024: € 40,000.00 and 2025: € 21,180.00). In 2024, after research and participation, two events for young people have taken place, namely KommuS Castle Festival youth evening and a collaboration with 2 outdoor events and 4 indoor events, coordinated by Friz. There are also three requests for youth events for 2025. Namely Youth Carnival on Carnival Sunday as part of the Outdoor carnival Mierlo 2025, organized by C.V. de Spruwwejagers, Kommus Kasteelfestival youth evening 2025, organized by Stichting KommuS and Star Battle 2025.

The college decides:
1. To approve a grant of € 13,900.00 to C.V. de Spruwwejagers in Mierlo for the organization of Youth Carnival on Carnival Sunday as part of the Outdoor carnival Mierlo 2025.
2. Reject the grant request of € 20,000.00 from Stichting KommuS for organizing Kommus Castle Festival youth evening 2025.
3. Approve a grant of € 42,000.00 to Star Battle Foundation for the organization of Star Battle 2025.

Advisory note on agreement gymnasiums Strabrecht College

On April 22, 2024, the council agreed to a maximum contribution of € 1,600,126 for the new construction of two gymnasiums Strabrecht College. The agreement gymnasiums Strabrecht College lays down the Requirements associated with the financial cooperation (funding) of the municipality, so that realization of the plan becomes possible.

The college decides to agree to the agreement gymnasiums Strabrecht College.

Advisory note PDO Ter Borgh Street

Objection and notice of default regarding the granting of an environmental permit for the grubbing and pruning of two trees near Ter Borgh Street 146/148, respectively.

The College decides:
1. To declare the objection admissible.
2. To declare the objection unfounded.
3. Reject the request for procedural costs.
4. To reject the appeal to the Penalty Payment Act.
5. Inform objectors that this decision is subject to appeal to the court.

Advisory Note Partial Mobility

The purpose of this proposal is to inform the Board and Council of the Partial Mobility Location Study, which Map the potential of partial mobility and suitable locations. In addition, this proposal includes the presentation for an image-forming session with the Space Committee. This session will gather input that will help formulate a policy framework for partial mobility.

The college decides:
1. To take note of the location study on partial mobility dated September 12, 2024 and the presentation for the image-forming session in the Space Committee dated January 28, 2025.
2. To forward the location study on partial mobility and the presentation to the Space Committee for an image-forming session.
