College proposal Answering written questions SAMEN Urban Sports

SAMEN has asked article 36 questions about the lack of a subsidy application by the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo for Urban Sports through the Regio Deal 'At home in Brainport'. In this advice note you will find the answers to these questions.

The college decides to agree to answer the Art 26 questions and forward answers to the council.

Advisory note Mandate Register 2025

On February 15, 2022, the Mandate Regulations and the associated Mandate Register were adopted. In doing so, it was agreed that the mandates will be reviewed annually and adjusted as necessary. The purpose of the periodic adjustment is to keep the register current and legally correct and to grant mandates that make the best possible business.

The college decides:
1. To adopt the Mandate Register 2025 Geldrop-Mierlo.
2. To revoke the Mandate Register 2024 Geldrop-Mierlo established on March 26, 2024.

Advisory Note Policy Rule Exception Areas Regulation Water Storage.

In several area developments within the municipality, water storage is realized in the public area that is calculated to meet the storage requirement of the entire planning area, i.e. including all plots. This is an integral area development. The Water Storage Ordinance allows the college to designate these areas as exception areas. This policy rule serves to provide some clarity on what is considered an exception area and integral area developments.

The college decides to adopt the policy rule "Water Storage Exception Areas Ordinance.

CSRI 2024 action plan advisory note and 2025 action plan update

In 2024, the College of Mayor and Aldermen adopted the updated Socially Responsible Contracting and Purchasing (CSRI) 2024 Action Plan. After one year, this action plan was evaluated. In addition, based on this evaluation and the 2025 procurement calendar, the action plan was updated for 2025.

The College decides:
1. To take note of the evaluation of Action Plan 2024.
2. To adopt the updated action plan for 2025.
3. To take note of the attached council information letter.
4. To offer the council information letter to the council through the Municipal Clerk’s Office .
