On the agenda are the following matters for consideration at a joint hearing:

6:30 pm: 

The objection directed against the college decision dated September 16, 2024 to reject the application for an environmental permit for the construction of a padel court on the position of an existing swimming pool at Spechtlaan 4 in Mierlo. 

7 pm: 

To forfeit the objection directed against the college decision of September 9, 2024, to impose an order under penalty of €15,000 in a lump sum, unless no later than March 1, 2025, the garage/storage on the Dwarsstraat 18 plot in Geldrop is removed and kept removed. 

7:30 pm:

The objection directed against the college decision of October 9, 2024 to grant an environmental permit for the legalization of room-wise rental for labor migrants at Heezerweg 1 in Mierlo.
