Your challenge

As Foreman Green, all public greenery, trees and maintenance of all sports complexes of the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo is your responsibility. You will work in the field service and sports hall management team. The team consists of 33 men and women of which 8 colleagues are active in green space.

You coordinate work directs the team of employees Green. Together with the team you Health the implementation such as the daily management and maintenance of public spaces, outdoor sports facilities, pruning of trees and construction of greenery. As Foreman Green you are the pivot between the employees outside and our supervisors inside.

Also Health you for handling reports about public space. These reports come in digitally and sometimes you have contact with residents about this. Of course you take part in the picket service and gladheidsbestrijding.

Who are we looking for?

✅ You have green fingers and know how to manage a team.
✅ You have an education in landscaping or cultural engineering. Experience is required.
✅ Driving license B(E) is required, driving license C with code 95 is an advantage.
✅ You are eager to learn, enthusiastic and think in terms of solutions.

What do we offer you?

Salary up to €3,524 gross per month (based on 36 hours).
Individual Choices Budget (IKB): 17.05% extra on top of your salary.
