Vacancy Director Municipal Real Estate

Your challenge

As director of municipal real estate, you are the driving force behind the management of our real estate portfolio. You coordinate multi-year maintenance planning (MJOP), draw up budgets and supervise tender processes. In addition, you maintain close contacts with internal and external stakeholders and manage contracts with building users and maintenance parties.

An important part of your work is developing management plans, college recommendations and council proposals that contribute to effective and efficient property management. You work at both strategic and tactical levels and ensure that operational staff can perform their work optimally. You have a keen sense of political sensitivity, which is important when working with policy makers and administrators.

What can you expect from us

  • A salary of up to €5313 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week, salary level October 1, 2024) depending on your education and experience
  • Individual choice budget (IKB) of 17.05% on top of your salary
  • Variable working hours

  • You will also have access to a phone and laptop, and electric bicycles are available for work appointments.
  • An employment contract for the duration of one year with the prospect of permanent employment

Who are you?

You are a communicatively strong professional with experience in property management. You can easily switch between different levels, from aldermen to contractors. In addition, you are proactive, solution-oriented and enjoy working with others. HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Construction Management, Property Management or a similar field, and experience with tendering and contract management are a requirement.
