Your challenge

As a Land Affairs Clerk, you play an important role in managing and executing a variety of issues surrounding municipal land and properties. You are the point of contact for colleagues, residents and external parties. Your range of tasks is diverse and challenging and requires an accurate, customer-oriented and solution-oriented approach. You are flexible and approachable for questions from the organization about how things are arranged.

What will you do?

  • You draft rental and lease agreements for municipal land and municipal properties. And together with your colleague, you will perform the lease administration and process everything in our contract management system TotalLink.
  • You are the first point of contact and responsible for the purchase and sale of green spaces, unregistered land use and rental of trailer sites and draft agreements for these.
  • You will perform work around private lot sales.
  • Conducting bibob investigations.
  • Other common work associated with land matters.

What do we offer you?

  • A salary of up to €4,811 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week, scale 9 salary level October 1, 2024).
  • Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05% on top of your salary.

Who are you?

You are someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and have strong communication skills. In addition, you possess:

  • HBO working and thinking level and a private law background.
  • Affinity for leasing and knowledge of rental law.
  • Knowledge about drafting and developing (model) agreements.
  • Knowledge of agricultural matters such as leases, hunting, rental and fishing rights is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cadastre and cadastral divisions is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a great sense of responsibility.
