Vacancy Quality Coordinator Social Domain

(32-36 hours, scale 11)

Are you a driven coordinator who wants to make a difference within the social domain? Do you get excited about improving operational processes, connecting teams and achieving concrete results? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

As Quality Coordinator Social Domain (this position is known internally as Project Leader Social Domain), you are the driving force behind various improvement projects within the CMD (Center for Social Services). For example:

  • Encouraging an integrated approach within the customer journey.
  • Increasing cost awareness in implementation.
  • Supporting the creation of robust local teams in line with the youth reform agenda.

You fulfill a versatile role in which you both coordinate and provide substantive direction for projects. You easily switch between tasks as a project member and project leader and ensure that projects are carried out successfully until completion. Your practical approach ensures clear project plans, task allocation and progress control.

In addition, you contribute to the operational management of substantive themes and act as a sparring partner and provide structure and concrete agreements within the quality consultation with the quality employees within Youth, Health and Income.

How do you make a difference?

  • Taking quality to the next level: You analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities and ensure that initiatives are implemented smoothly. Your active attitude ensures that results are not only achieved, but also permanently secured.
  • Advising with impact: You advise management based on sharp analyses and share practical solutions. You develop guidelines and best practices into concrete tools for teams.
  • Collaborate and connect: You coordinate collaboration between different teams (such as Health & Youth and Income & Access), policy and external partners. Together, you ensure seamless, customer-focused service delivery.
  • Working integrally: You emphasize collaboration across disciplines and create cohesion between policy, implementation and the customer journey.
