• 200,000 people have now received a notice that the Emergency Fund is reopening. These are people who applied last year and anyone who left his/her email address on the Temporary Emergency Energy Fund website.
• The Temporary Emergency Energy Fund is expected to be open for four to six weeks. So don't wait too long. Run out = run out!

When can you apply for support?

If your household meets all of the below Requirements , you may receive support from the Temporary Emergency Energy Fund:

• People with incomes between 100 and 130% of the social minimum are eligible if their energy bills exceed 8% of their income.
• People with incomes between 130 and 200% of the social minimum are eligible if their energy bills exceed 10% of their income.
