Start of redevelopment Losweg
Monday, June 23, 2025, we will begin the redevelopment of Losweg road. The work consists of replacing the wastewater sewer, constructing rainwater sewers and replacing road pavement.
In the fall of 2025, the green strip between Losweg road and railroad tracks will be redesigned as a park and water storage area (Losweg Park). You can learn more about the new layout in our earlier news release about the Losweg redevelopment.
Work is expected to be completed in March 2026.
To limit inconvenience, the work will be carried out in 6 phases (work sections). The phases will be closed to all traffic during execution with the homes remaining accessible via a walkway. Below is the planned phasing of the work:
