Due to understaffing, it may take longer for us to schedule an appointment with you to apply for your driver's license. Will your driver's license expire soon? Or do you want to add a category to your driver's license? Then you can often easily arrange the renewal or extension yourself online. This avoids you waiting unnecessarily long for an appointment.
How do you renew your driver's license online?
On the Driving License page you will find all the steps to apply for your renewal driver's license directly at RDW. This includes applying for a health certificate. Do you not meet all the Requirements or do not have the technology needed? Then you cannot renew your driving license online. In that case, make an appointment on time. You will thereby avoid high costs for a possible rush application.
