Check whether the construction or use of your plan fits within the rules of the zoning plan.How can you do that?

For the zoning plan for your location, always look first at www.ruimtelijkeplannen.nl(external link).
There you can search by address, plan name or plan number (NL.IMRO.1771...). Then you will find in the rules the regulations for construction and use.

It is possible that the "Management Ordinance Kern Geldrop" will be visible at your address.

• If you click on 'Beheerverordening kern Geldrop' on the left, a bar appears on the right with 'Plekinfo', 'Documents' and 'Features'. Below that is the area you clicked in, for example 'Residential areas South-West Geldrop'.
• If you click on it, you will see rules for that decision plane.
• In the column on the left, you can then click on 'Attachments to Rules'. If you click on that, you will see 'Appendices to rules'. By clicking on an appendix you can view the plan map (illustration) or rules (regulations) belonging to the desired decision area. In those rules you will find the regulations for building and/or use belonging to that decision area/zoning plan.
• For example, if you are looking for the zoning map for the zoning plan area 'Woongebieden Zuid-West Geldrop', click on 'Appendix 3 Verbeelding bestemmingsplan Woongebied Zuid-West Geldrop'. You will then see the relevant zoning map.
