Parenting after divorce
When parents divorce, they are no longer partners, but remain the parents of their children together. This brings additional questions and uncertainties: How do the children experience the divorce? As a parent, how can you help them get used to the new situation? How do you take good care of yourself and your children? How does that work, parenting after divorce? How do you communicate about this with the other parent? Many parents struggle with such questions about how to parent after divorce.
