Insulating owner-occupied apartments? Do it together with your association
If you have an apartment for sale, then you are a member of an Owners' Association (VvE). The end of the vacation season is a good time to catch up with neighbors, but also look ahead. How was the temperature in the house this summer? Is any apartment building maintenance scheduled soon?
For example, combine scheduled maintenance with building insulation. Insulation provides more comfort in winter and keeps heat out better in summer. You don't have to wait until the next VvE meeting to discuss this with fellow residents. Tip: organize an informal drink or coffee moment in the common room or at your home.

Increasing sustainability can sometimes be technically, legally and financially complicated. To support VvEs in making their apartment building more sustainable, the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo, together with Best, Veldhoven and Eindhoven, offers a free program. Come to the information evening
On Monday, September 8, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., there will be an information evening in theater De Schalm in Veldhoven. You will receive practical tips to ensure that all VvE members remain well informed and involved. How do you get everyone involved when it comes to a topic like sustainability?
