Municipality sells lots to Property Director Construction CPO homes step closer
Yesterday, November 18, Vastgoedregisseur and the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo signed the purchase agreement for 12 building plots on the Genoenhuizerweg in Geldrop. With the conclusion of the purchase agreement, a start can be made with the preparation of the land for building by the municipality and, after that, the construction of 12 life-proof houses by Vastgoedregisseur on behalf of the CPO participants at this location. Next year, the municipality will start preparing the plan area for construction.
Plan
In 2019, the municipality acquired the land of the former garden center at Genoenhuizerweg 6 in Geldrop. The municipality wants to develop the plot together with Vastgoedregisseur B.V. for housing construction on the basis of collective private commissioning (CPO). The plan, with the new street name Laag Geldrop, provides for the construction of 12 houses for life-long living in the expensive purchase segment as well as a green rounding off of the village edge of Zesgehuchten.
In 2023, the municipality entered into an option/development agreement with Real Estate Director. This included agreements on mutual cooperation, the intended housing development and land sales. Furthermore, the zoning procedure was completed earlier this year. With the signing of the purchase agreement by both parties, the municipality can street in 2025 with the preparation for construction of the plan area, after which Vastgoedregisseur will have the homes built on behalf of the CPO participants.
