THE STEP to new tastes and vegetables with the Vegetable Adventure Board Game

Getting your child to eat enough vegetables every day is a huge challenge for many parents. Vegetables are usually not a favorite and this can cause a lot of frustration. DE STAP to Healthier Geldrop-Mierlo therefore introduces the Vegetable Adventure Board Game. This allows parents to playfully challenge toddlers to taste new flavors.

The Board Game

The Vegetable Adventure BORD game makes tasting and eating child's play! This playful placemat allows parents and their children, before, after or during dinner, to play the BORDspel together or alone. For an extra fun experience, the game can also be played online and includes voice guidance and support in 7 languages.

Discover more adventures online

The BORD game is never really played out - but there is more to discover, experience and learn. Parents and children can continue their vegetable adventure with the online program that teaches preschoolers to taste and eat vegetables through play. With creative and educational games, missions and do-things, vegetables get a real fun factor. It also offers parents helpful tips and tools to get started with vegetables together in a playful way.

Unique collaboration

The Vegetable Adventure BORD game originated from a collaboration between (child) dieticians Cora Derksen and Liesbeth Schoofs and welfare organization Jibb+. The GGD is also involved. They notice at the health clinic that many parents struggle to teach their toddler to eat vegetables. DE STAP naar gezonder Geldrop-Mierlo now offers parents a tool that makes eating vegetables fun (again). Parents and caregivers from Geldrop-Mierlo receive the BORDspel for FREE when they visit the clinic with their toddler. This way they can immediately start discovering new tastes at home.
