Construction plan apartments, studios and parking basement

On the corner of Laarstraat and Bogardeind, where there used to be a discotheque and a cafeteria, has been lying fallow for several years. A zoning plan was already adopted in 2006, which allowed for the construction of apartments. A concrete building plan is now being prepared for the construction of 25 apartments and 2 studios. The building will also include a semi-underground parking basement.
