What is it?

If you don't pay a parking fee (parking tax), you may receive a parking fine.

You may also be fined if you park illegally. This includes parking on public green space, parking on the sidewalk or parking while a parking ban is in place. You may also be fined for illegally parking in a disabled parking space.

Fines are handled through the Central Judicial Collection Agency (CJIB) in Leeuwarden.

Objecting

Do you disagree with your parking fine? Then you can object to the fine through Belastingsamenwerking Oost-Brabant (BSOB).
