Volunteer Day 2025
December 7 is National Volunteer Day, a day to thank our residents for their voluntary efforts on behalf of our community. Volunteers are indispensable at the many events, competitions, and activities organized in our municipality. Without them, our cultural, sporting, and social life would come to a standstill!
In Geldrop, we invite our volunteers to join us for coffee on Tuesday, December 9, between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. at the Weeffabriek. From 8:30 to 10:15 p.m., they can watch the film EN free of charge.
Volunteers are welcome in Mierlo on Thursday, December 11, at 't Patronaat. From 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. for coffee and a chat with the "
" (Volunteer Support Center), followed by a screening of the film The Old Oak.
